Holding a bachelor's degree with honors from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from NYU, he excelled academically, achieving Magna Cum Laude, Dean's list, and a dissertation advised by Nobel laureate Professor Lawrence Klein. Rado's financial expertise expanded in roles as financial and executive director for private equity and investment funds.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been a professional jazz guitarist since the age of 13.

Josephine has earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. She had taken all the accounting courses during the college program such as Coporate Financial Reporting, Advanced Financial Accounting and Auditing and Federal Income Taxes. During the coursework, she had practiced recording and adjusting journal entries and has prepared financial statements. She had also volunteered in the IRS VITA program to prepare income tax returns for low-income individuals and families. Outside of school and work, she enjoys cooking and listening to music.
